Child Safety Standards
Last updated: July 30, 2026
Linglo has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This applies to all content, communication, and behavior on our platform, without exception.
Our commitment
We do not allow, and will immediately act against, any content or behavior involving:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
- Sexual exploitation, grooming, or solicitation of minors
- Any attempt to use Linglo to contact, groom, or exploit a minor
Accounts found engaging in this behavior are permanently banned immediately upon confirmation, and the underlying content and account information are preserved for law enforcement.
How we prevent and detect this
- Public content (posts, comments, Topic Battle entries) is automatically screened, and anything flagged is placed in a human review queue before it's visible again.
- All users can report or block any other user directly from their profile or a conversation, at any time.
- Reports are reviewed by our team; urgent or clear-cut cases are prioritized.
How to report a concern
If you see or suspect CSAE-related content or behavior on Linglo:
- In the app — use Report on the specific account, message, or post. This is the fastest path and reaches our review team directly.
- By email — [email protected], with as much detail as you can safely provide (account name/username, what you saw, when).
We take every report seriously and will cooperate with law enforcement as required by law.
Age requirements
Linglo requires users to be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, if higher). We do not knowingly permit anyone younger to use the service — see our Children's Privacy section in the Privacy Policy.
